The Bill (Reg. No.1390) offers legal regulation of the issue concerning State safeguards of assistance granted to persons subject to pensions due to the Law "On Pension Provision for Persons dismissed from Military Service and for several other Categories".
The Committee forwarded its resolution to the profile Committee on elaboration of the Bill, namely, to the Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled.
